Reza Modarres

Dr. Reza Modarres is a highly experienced and compassionate Iranian-American periodontist and implant specialist based in Maryland. Known not only for his advanced technical skills but also for his friendly and approachable demeanor, Dr. Modarres has built a trusted reputation among patients and colleagues alike. He is passionate about patient care and creating a warm, positive environment in his practice.

His fascination with science began early in life, largely influenced by his mother, a biology teacher who inspired his academic journey. Dentistry became the perfect career path for him, as it blended his love of medicine, biology, and hands-on work while maintaining a strong interpersonal connection with patients. Today, he finds immense satisfaction in being able to provide immediate and lasting relief—whether through the extraction of a damaged tooth or the placement of a life-changing dental implant.
